Having been part of the pioneer team in the Fabrication and Construction of Nigeria Liquefied Natural gas project and other Oil and Gas facilities, we are well grounded in construction, fabrication of oil and gas production and support facilities, welding and installation of mechanical, electrical and electronic facilities. In this capacity, DAQC has the capability to undertake EPC Projects on Pipeline Construction / Repair and Maintenance, Mechanical / Structural Fabrication, Flow station Construction/upgrade.

DAQC also offers certification services as a means of QA/QC on tools/equipment and facilities, all geared towards prompt and effective service delivery in the oil and gas industry. These certification services include – Ultrasonic thickness measurement and flaw detection, Dye-penetrate Inspection, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Lifting Equipment Inspection – Slings, Shackles, Pad Eyes, Ropes etc., Coating Inspection, Load Test, Pipe Thickness Verification, Pipeline Integrity Survey, Scaffolding Inspection, Tank Calibration, and Pressure Testing.

Wellbore Surveys and Drilling Services

Provision of directional survey services with the following technologies: North Seeking Gyro (memory and real-time), Electronic single and multi-shot.
The North Seeking Fiber Optic Gyro has the Aerospace-quality fiber optic gyro sensor with good anti-vibration, high stability, and convenient to calibrate tool. It can be used for point survey, drop survey and memory mode.
Also available are Wireline units for deploying Gyro tool real time mode and other Wireline allied services like Casing collar locator (CCL), Gamma ray etc.
Use of PDM and RSS technology for drilling wells for all hole sections
We are equipped with Drilling Engineering software for well planning, torque and drag analysis, and hydraulic analysis.

Well head maintenance               

First line/Preventive maintenance: monitoring annulus and conductor pressures function testing and greasing of valves. Other checks like Tubing hanger, Down-hole safety valve (DHSV), function test of safety valve and flow line plug valve.

Second line/Repairs maintenance: Xmas tree valve or Gate and Seat assembly replacement, Coke/Been box replacement, Xmas tree change out, Installation and removal of NRV or Back pressure valve
